A change in travel date will incur a $15.00 transfer fee, per
person, per sector
Open tickets are valid for 3 months from the date of issue
All travel purchased on a Firefly Express service or Firefly Codeshared service is NonRefundable
A change of travel date and or service (transfer) requires a minimum of 48 hours notice, from the
original travel date and time.
